Explosion-Proof Oil Temp Control Unit is engineered for the most demanding industrial processes—from plastics extrusion, rubber vulcanization and pharmaceutical reactors to food processing, petrochemical heating and composite curing. Its inlet oil temperature can be regulated anywhere between +45 °C and 300 °C, delivering rapid, uniform heat transfer and meeting a wide spectrum of thermal requirements. A highly tuned PID controller ensures temperature stability to ±0.1 °C(Optional), even under fluctuating loads. All electrical and safety components are sourced from world-class manufacturers—FUJI , TE , LG, MOELLER , ABB and WEST —guaranteeing long service life, fault-tolerant performance and easy maintenance.
