The system is capable of providing high-temperature and low-temperature testing with an antifreeze circulation system for electronic pumps, and can serve as a refrigeration/heating system for thermal shock testing.
Heat transfer medium: Ethylene glycol-water solution (-45°C antifreeze).
The thermal storage tank is filled with antifreeze and operates as a fully sealed circulation system, effectively preventing contact between the antifreeze and external air to eliminate moisture condensation.
With the addition of nitrogen inerting in the expansion tank, the operational temperature range of the heat transfer fluid is expanded due to its elevated boiling point. Furthermore, oxidation caused by exposure to atmospheric oxygen is eliminated, thereby extending the service life of the heat transfer fluid.
