1. Combined High/Low Temperature Integrated Units
Temperature Range: -110℃ to 300℃(mutiple specifications:-110℃~200℃,-60℃~300℃,-40℃~250℃)
Technology:The equipment can achieve rapid heating and rapid cooling processes with rapid heat/cold exchange via compressors, achieving precise control for chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace and military, laboratory research, and R&D applications, etc.
2. Multi-Medium TCU Temperature Controllers
Functionality: Regulates steam, cooling, and low-temperature media via PID control in heat exchangers or cooling system, serving chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum industries with customized heat exchange solutions, which could meet the diverse needs of different industries for medium heat exchange and temperature control.
3. New Energy Temperature Control Test System
Applications: Theequipment is simple yet powerful, mainly used for host testing of new energy sources, such as hydrogen energy engines, lithium battery packs, aerospace fuel system testing, etc. The test parameters can be indirectly cascade controlled through heating and cooling temperature control methods, indirect and rapid indirect cooling slope temperature control

Safety Risk Control: Each temperature control system has a unique control design and system self-control protection, including solid-state relay front power protection, independent temperature protectors, high temperature protection, refrigeration system high and low voltage protection, compressor overheating protection, circulating pump overheating protection, cooling water over-temperature protection, phase loss and phase failure protection, leakage circuit breaker, sensor fault protection, liquid level protection, and other safety risk control measures, providing all-round protection for the safe operation of the equipment, allowing customers to have no worries.
Direct Switching of Cooling and Heating for Temperature Control: The system adopting ultra-high temperature rapid cooling technology, the system can meet the requirement of directly starting the compressor cooling technology at a maximum of 300 degrees, and effective heat dissipation during high-temperature exothermic reactions. The innovative temperature control system ensures the system temperature is consistently maintained at the set point, achieving efficient switching between cooling/heating modes and precise temperature regulation, thereby guaranteeing unwavering stability and reliability in temperature control.
Unique PID Temperature Control Algorithm: When a temperature rise is detected on the client side, the system immediately triggers a rapid response--lowering the temperature of the thermal medium through algorithm-driven adjustments to ensure the thermal oil remains whithin optimal range. This mechanism effectively dissipates excess heat while maintaining the reaction system at the required stability. Levering advanced algorithms, the system achieves real-time, precise temperature modulation, meeting the ultra-high-precision, meeting the ultra-high-precision control demands of complex industrial processes.
